Facts: Our client, AS, hired us to combat a complaint filed with the Texas Department of Insurance by an insurance company to protect his reputation and livelihood from the negative effects of disciplinary action.

Outcome: The firm consulted with the client to understand his situation and helped him uncover who was responsible for the misconduct and develop evidence showing the client had not committed any wrongdoing.  to protect the client’s reputation and license.  The firm submitted written documentation and evidence demonstrating the client had not violated the law and that someone else was responsible.  After the staff attorney evaluated the Firm’s arguments, the Department of Insurance agreed the complaint against AS lacked merit and dismissed the case against him.  The client was given a non-disciplinary warning letter reminding him of his obligations and took no action against his license.
