Kerry Bloodsaw began her career practicing criminal law in Georgia. She worked as public defender for several years litigating hundreds of cases from low-level drug offenses to felony murder. She won several hearings and motions during her time in Georgia, obtaining positive outcomes for her clients.
After relocating to North Austin, she started her career with Bertolino LLP, as a Law Clerk and after receiving licensure in Texas she was promoted to Associate Attorney. Over the last several years with Bertolino LLP, Kerry has cultivated strong relationships with board investigators and staff attorneys. She has worked with numerous physicians, teachers, therapists, dentists, law students, nurses, engineers, accountants, and a variety of other licensees to assist them during the investigations process with their respective agencies. Kerry successfully obtained licenses for many of her application- clients and negotiated dismissals, private reprimands, and confidential orders for many of her licensed clients.
Outside of the investigations process, Kerry has also effectively litigated several matters before the State Office of Administrative Hearings. Fighting for her clients’ livelihood and reputation and allowing her clients to continue practicing within her specific fields.
