There are a few junctures during the BON investigation and disciplinary process in which an Agreed Order may be offered by the Board. An Agreed Order sets out sanctions against the licensee. It contains the requirements the nurse must complete, including any length of license suspension or probation, remedial education, or other disciplinary action.
